All reservations are nonrefundable. This cancelation policy was written with much thought and consideration on behalf of you the purchaser and of Aussie Somm LLC whose business depends upon enforcement of such policies. Purchase of comprehensive insurance is strongly recommended so that if you need to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as loss of job, illness, death, volcano ash clouds, strikes and etc. you will be covered. Aussie Somm LLC cannot be liable directly or indirectly, for any cancellation, injury, death or damage for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to Acts of God, detention, war, quarantine, weather, terrorism, civil disturbance, strike, and changes in government regulations, airline or other travel operations. In the event of an emergency cancelation by Aussie Somm LLC, your full amount will be refunded directly back to the original card used for payment. Any and all payments received from the participant or authorized representative signifies acceptance of an agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this clause.

Aussie Somm LLC is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you in preparing to attend the experience. You are solely responsible for all airfare and transportation to and from the villa. Pricing is quoted on a double occupancy basis. Single room supplements may be accommodated if single rooms are available.

In the unlikely event an experience does not receive the minimum number of participants, Aussie Somm LLC reserves the right to cancel the program and will refund all payments received in their entirety.

Aussie Somm LLC reserves the right to substitute itinerary items of equal or greater value without notice to guests.

Services provided by Aussie Somm LLC in connection with the experience are rendered by independent contractors who have provided proof of insurance and who are not agents or employees of Aussie Somm LLC.
